I do, to an extent. I prefer to get the low-fat or low-sodium versions of things, I put flaxseed/coconut/germ mix in my morning smoothie, I opt for stevia/splenda when I can, and when I can remember to I have a multivitamin. While I don't count calories or grams of things, I generally make an effort to keep my food low-sodium and low-sugar mostly, opt for cooking fresh/frozen rather than canned/prepared, and I honestly don't have much of an appetite for salty/fatty/sweet things most of the time anymore.

But I also believe most 'organic/natural' things are a money grab with minimal benefits, that GMOs are neither new nor definitively bad, and most food is fine to eat as long as you limit/proportion right and make good choices. I eat meat/dairy because I have no health reasons not to. I believe in well-studied health and don't tend to buy into most fads or targeted diets. (e.g.: those with celiac very well should stay away from gluten, but those who cut it out for other reasons are usually just buying into a load of bull.) That philosophy holds through most of my beliefs.
