In a cliff-note version, these are storm gods. They all have the ability to manipulate things or time, however each dragon is limited in what it can manipulate. Each dragon has a human form since all dragons are HUMAN of dragon descent.
I will leave the human form up to the buyer to make.
No dragon may manipulate anything outside their element and I will remain FIRM in this. I will list what the dragon can manipulate on their sheet, not all dragons of the same element are created equal. If it isn't on the sheet, it can't happen. :l
These first few I will keep simple, and I will make more complicated ones as we go!
